Parking Lots have two entrances, so if the first is closed, continue around past the terminal. Pick up free parking coupon at the meeting. Coupon is good for either short or long term parking lots, but the short term lot is rarely full on Sunday afternoons. Easy access: It's a brief walk from short-term parking to the Conference Room, and everything is wheelchair accessible. There are ramps at curbs, automatic doors into the building, accessible restrooms, and no stairs. Conference room door is not powered, but we can open it if you're not the first one to arrive. Wheeled carts are available (near the entrance) at no charge. Conference Room has glass doors and walls. Walk straight through the terminal past the airline counters toward the gates, and turn right just before the security check point. Free refreshments (cookies or brownies, coffee, tea, ice water) are available. Please contact us if you would like to be reminded about upcoming meetings.
